new client on win 10 - acmidmark app from 2007 run - ecg is working fine - spirometer not connecting - calibration etc. went fine, but AC will not connect from a chart. tech support messed up ecg but i could bring it back - then he said he is escalating to advanced support, for the past several days no response from them

I had the same issue and could only perform Spiro on the main. Eventually,I stopped doing Spiro when we moved to Hosted AC.
