Wondering if anyone else is having trouble getting access to Up To Date, after clicking on the knowledge tab once a patient's chart is open. I use this feature all the time looking up information and printing out Basic and Beyond Basic handouts at point of care. For whatever reason since Friday I cannot get into Up To Date via AC once the patient's chart is open.
I have been working with Guardian Support to resolve this issue, and once resolved will let you know the problem causing this glitch.
I was just curious if anyone else is having this same issue. I do use AC in the Cloud.

No fix yet, now cannot get a hold of Guardian Angel support--sigh !!!!

One does not realize how often the up to date application is used on a daily basis till it is gone, darn I wish I could get this fixed. Anyone from AC out there that can help, please.

Already have low dose lung CT screening, prediabetes, low cholesterol treatment handouts to print up and send later once I get this fixed. Uggghhhhh.

Interestingly the PDR search works under the knowledge tab.

HELP please......

There was something blocking the Up To Date URL on the hosted website of AC if I understood Mazen from Guardian Support. It seems to be working now, stuttered a bit yesterday but Mazen kept at it. Guardian support very much appreciated! Like anything in life, you don't realize how much you use it until it is gone for bit. Glad to have this function restored as it really is great for patient care to have Up To Date so easily accessible at the point of care. cool
