Is anyone having issues with the font size in amazing charts? I have the cloud version and spent almost 8 hours with IT trying to fix it. When we updated our lap tops, the amazing charts print is so tiny all the providers are complaining about it. With the old lap tops, it is just fine.
Amazing charts IT had the remote server people increase the DPI and it did make it bigger, but it cut everything off on the side. so it would print half of the 1500.
Help.
We are going to have to stop using amazing charts if it can't be fixed.

Need more information. "Updated our laptops." New OSs? Windows 10? New AC version. Off the top of my head, I would guess it has something to do with the OS. Somewhere controlling the font size. Are your icons smaller as well.
Depending on your OS, there are a few places to change font size. Type font size in your search or run box. I don't think you can fix it with resolution. That affects everything. Would need to just be the font. Have you tried Enlarge text box? That would be a temporary fix for editing the chart. May not help read the note. On View draft, you can zoom to 200%. Again, not optimal long term. I am assuming your updates haven't affected other programs.

I know this doesn't fully answer your issue but what about the enlarge text box. This does not work for Rxs and other fields, but for the main screen it may provide an answer
