Major update last night led to problems with one clent running AC this AM. Anyone else with this problem? Any suggestions?

Win7 is your friend. Windows 10 is your enemy. Win10 is the Borg approach to changes, Borg knows best, sucks for you if it breaks.
We will make steady money uninstalling Win10, so I'm not complaining, but Win10 has proven to be an expensive business choice for several practices.
Jon, I'll walk you through at no charge Buddy.

Wait... I thought the higher the version number, the better the software. You mean that is not always true?
At the moment, we are fixed. Will leave a "10 to 7 roll-back" for another day.
I am curious if others are going through this with the latest "major update"...

Jon, several of our clients have just been updated -- was this the KB3206632 update with several restarts? So far no issues. What are you noticing?

Indy is so correct. I know a few techs in the Microsoft world who have stated they may even get out of the business with Windows 10 situation. The updates being automatic. Or, if they are not now for you, they will be. An update may break any number of applications, even Windows itself. I don't mean crash it, but cause an issue. In the past, you could wait on updates and you would know from the vast Windows community to see if there is a rollup or an update that can be problematic. Plus, if there were 500 MBs of updates, it would be wise to download five or six at a time. You can't do that with 10. Another good reason to use a server with VMs. Although, you would have to know right away and your last snapshot is probably too far back. But, it would save you if you had a major problem.
I am guessing this is your main computer with 10. You could use Win 7 for that computer. I will never understand Microsoft. XP was the best they ever had. Then Win 7 topped it. Then, as usual, Microsoft decided to pull a Windows ME and go to Vista. Then to 8 and 8.1.
The really bad thing about these updates is if Microsoft has a large amount waiting. And, it is just waiting for you to reboot your computer. And, there you go. Twenty minutes of watching downloads and installs in your room that you can't stop.
I can't remember if there have been other companies affected by consumer anger more than Netflix. But, it was virtually incredible to watch. In real time. Over days. Netflix had one site. And, on that site, they had the DVDs and the streaming. They decided to separate the sites and make it two divisions. Meaning, your queue was screwed up, you didn't know what movies you had seen or what your account was doing. It was more expensive. I remember reading about the concept in an email. I was like, oh my god, I am going to cancel. This sucks. Then, I Googled it and found the blog or site where Netflix members were posting to the CEO. Thousands and thousands of users canceling. Not threatening to cancel. But, stating they were going with Hulu and Roku, etc. I mean literally thousands within just hours of the announcement. Netflix changed right back. And, it wasn't even the issues above. It was the brand. The streaming (I think) was going to stay with the Netflix name. The DVD site would be this other name, which was weird. Or vice versa. It was just amazing.
But, Microsoft is too global. Too powerful. I have played with Windows 10 in a VM. I bought a laptop, which I rarely use and went ahead and left Windows 10 on it. I don't understand it. Don't know how to use it. I suppose the only way would be to make the leap and actually install it on at least one production computer. To use and learn. But, I will wait as long as possible. Maybe Steve Ballmer will do the same thing with the Clippers. Automatic free agent signings that just rotate into the lineup. Still weird that the CEO of Microsoft at the time would just buy a basketball team for two billion dollars.
I always wondered what would have occurred if Bill Gates had made Steve Jobs, RIP, the CEO and President of Microsoft (if Steve had wanted it) what Microsoft would be like.

No specific issues with AC today. However, I notice it is running really slow. I wasn't sure what was wrong. My server computer is running Windows 7, and so it shall continue.

It could be something else. Check your deleted items folder and make sure there aren't 50,000. And, check your speed to your server. Is it just one or two computers or all. Reboot all. I am sure you have.
