Back up and running but we are receiving a lot of "ACPM is unreachable!" in our Practice Management Transactions. I have been using "Retry Selected" all day long while I try to catch up from being down for three days. I received the email stating that we wouldn't be charged for the "downtime", however, recovery from the "downtime" is costly as well. I am not sure what the proper resolution would look like, but I do believe that AC owes its customers something for this.

Rant over, back to retrying selected!

And we are down again...Work was fun while it lasted.

We were up fully functional all day yesterday until about 6pm...then intermittently. This morning fine until 10 minutes ago...now nothing...again.

Seriously? It is Monday morning, after a very frustrating week with ACPM, and there is no word from AC on the status! The good news is that ACPM is up for us. I hope it is not short lived.

@Wendell365 - regarding method of communications. ANY form would be better than nothing. It would be nice if it could be proactive ... text or email, not phone. A simple webpage listing the cloud systems up/down status would be a step forward. I don't use twitter much, but I know how to see the recent tweets for a specific ID ... @acpmstatus @acerxstatus, etc. Email, facebook or whatever. My preference is whatever can be implemented to soonest.

ACPM is still down for us.
We got it back for few hours on the 25th August, buts it's gone down again since then and we are still waiting for a response since we put in a ticket last Thursday 8/25/16.

Anyone else having persisting issues with ACPM ?

I find the timing of the email today ironic. They talk about the ACPM in their blog while there clearly are issues. One can post on the blog. I suppose I would encourage people to do so.

I just want to clarify for the UBB that ACPM was not the issue earlier today. It was related to the auth service within AC that was causing the issue.

We are with you. Misery loves company. Was aware of the issue yesterday, but hoped it was a brief maintenance window. AC tech confirmed "down for everybody," with no clue as to how long.

ACPM had an outage from noon Sunday to early Monday morning for a subset of users. Most users were not affected by this outage. The cause of the outage was totally separate and distinct from the outage 2 weeks prior and also much less serious. During our routine maintenance, the system did not restart correctly. Due to the nature of this error, an alert was not sent to system operators but we have corrected this for any future similar errors. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused to your practice.

its saturday, ACPM is down again. Maybe AC doesnt work on the weekend, but sometimes I do....

Ok, bigger problem may be present.

I expect they do updates and such over the weekend. From what I gather we are not all on the same servers so the outages would not affect everyone but just some

But back to the point........
I hope all of you are checking for files that did not get transmitted while ACPM was down. I found a bunch recently from last months outage that we had missed. Whenever there is a prolonged outage it may stop re-trying to downloads and they just sit, not being processed once the system is up. This was certainly true during the August outage.
