Has anyone here gone through the process of becoming a level 3 PCMH that can offer any hints or tips?
Thanks!

Not sure what a level 3 PCMH is. We did get PCMH designated by BCBS of Michigan which I understand is a much less onerous process than the NCQA standards. For the BCBS designation, it was a year long process of following a 'recipe' provided to us by a local physician org. Significant benefits to PCMH: mainly in the form of higher payments from BCBS and others.

Thanks Dr_AJ,
We are trying to get the to Level 3, the highest level of the NCQA standards. We are a small practice, so I was trying to see what are the best ways to use AC so that we can meet and document the standards.

I did it about a year and a half ago using AC and various other pieces of work. Happy to answer questions on or off list It's one hell of a long slog
