HI all:
Is anyone using amazing reminders for appointment reminders to their patients? Is there any issues with it? do you like a outside company better?
WE looked at stericycle for this but you have to export schedules to them for the next 2 weeks daily and AC doesn't export email addresses and it seems like a lot of work.

I use it - makes it very easy, set it up and it is fully automatic. My patients all seem to love it. My staff never seemed to have the time to make the calls - phone is ringing here pretty steady in the afternoon.
