Since upgrading to v 8.3 my imported items sort has been set back to one year and sort by title

Where can I set it to sort by date and 'All" for charts.

Thanks for the help.

It is a pain. I have been told they will release the fix in the next version. There is a little arrow where the default can be changed from one year to all but AC defaults to sort by name every time the import items tab is clicked on.

In imported tab it probably looks like this now

Either click on the pull down menu for date range and choose All or hit the button for All then your default for imported will change for all patients, however that will only hold for 'date range'.....it seems sort by 'title or date' is set as default to title and if you hit the sort by date button it only will apply for current patient

Also, prior to 8.3.0, the most recent labs were on top. Now, regardless of date range, the newest is on bottom.

Any solutions?

funny, but not really, my newly entered labs end up all over the place, some top, some bottom, some in middle with 8.3.0

I wanted to resurrect this thread since I just updated from version 8.2.2 to 8.3 and think the way the imported items now works is just a real pain. This idea of defaulting the organization of the imported items folder to "Sort by Title" doesn't make sense, and I have to click on "Sort by Date" every time I open this folder in order to find what I'm looking for. Since this last comment was posted, has anyone figured out how to go back to a default sort by date?

I just did a quick test in Version 9 and changing the option to "Date" will make that the default selection for all charts opened. This sticks through logging out and in as well.
