We are pleased to announce that Jeff Gay has joined Amazing Charts as the Manager of the Practice Management Implementation & Support team. Jeff is uniquely qualified for this job, with a vast background in process improvement and quality initiatives, as well as specific experience dealing with small and mid-sized provider practices.

Jeff has worked in healthcare since 1992, spending several years at Blue Cross plans in enrollment, claims processing, and consumer relations, as well as stints at NHPRI and as a freelance consultant specializing in management solutions, process improvement, and compliance. Most recently, Jeff was the post-implementation Defect Manager for a three-year claims system conversion. We are confident his varied level of knowledge and experience will directly benefit customers

Hello Jeff,
Our practice just went live on ACPM and and found a a big flaw. We are unable to set "permissions" for different levels of staff, meaning all staff using ACPM, including scheduling staff,will have access to " All ofour practice Financials & Reports"
Clearly this cannot be. I spoke with one of your tech folks earlier today and he says a fix will take "Couple of months?". We should not have to share our financial info and reports with ALL staff just to use ACPM. We previously used Lytec, and staff permissions were quite easy to set.
I think this requires an urgent fix.

We are already working on this feature and should soon be able to provide various levels of access based on user roles.
