We have a fujitsu fi-5120c scanner. We we try to import
ac only is able to find our Printer , fax scanner. I don's see a way to change. Scanner is directly connected to the computer.
we I go directly to the fuhitsu , I can scan but not int AC.
Any thoughts???

make sure the Scan Snap manager is on. It should be on and in your task bar.

The 5120c doesn't use Scan Snap, It was the last of the models before that.
It has a twain driver that will work IFF you have installed ScandAll 2.1
Can you directly import from ScandAll? If not, it may not be installed properly. Check the device manager, consider reinstalling. I have one running well on Win 8.1
