Having an issue with autoposting. When I open the EOB details, there are line items that will be highlighted in yellow for me to edit, but it refuses to let me edit on that screen. How do I edit on the EOB so I can autopost the amount?
Any solutions?

I usually delete yellow-highlighted line, manually post by adding line based on the information provided from ERA, then save. Most of time ERAs can be committed (autoposting).

So, you create a new EOB with the line items on the ERA received and then auto post? I will definitely try that.
