I am trying to set up the updox patient portal. Does anyone know if there are premade forms for UPDOX that I could customize?

Thanks

Gerardo

As far a s I know you always have to makee them for your practice. The end-user tool makes it pretty straightforward.

There was a practice linked to this week that was using one of their Updox forms for consults.

I have see Jim[mie]'s Legan's, and his are another good example.
