My partner is retiring in a mo or so and is only working 1 day a week. There is not enough time for us to bring his percentages up for the various criteria. How much do I have to worry about 'clawbacks' of his MU money from past years?
Providers that do not successfully meet the EHR Incentive program (Meaningful Use) will be subject to a 1% payment PFS reduction starting January 1, 2015. The total reduction could increase to 2% if the provider is currently subject to the 2014 eRX payment adjustment.
