They are asking for a document certifying Amazing Charts by the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology. Also a certificate that the e-Rx program in Amazing Charts is certified by Surescripts for all e-prescribing services, including prescription benefits, prescription history and prescription routing. Does anyone know where I can get these certificates? Thanks
