I agree with Steven. I think if everyone used single entry for two years, then switched, it would be more of an issue. Just to add to Steven's thought, when a patient first registers, you must put it in both places. Again, not that difficult. Now, don't get me wrong, there are many advantages to have one database interacting directly with AC as it is part of AC, but the double entry seems like a weak argument against it.

Anil,

We are not a corporation, so we do not file a corporate tax return. We of course have an accountant who handles all the accounting details, but we individually file K-1's.
