Gentlemen,
...when I say "break", I want a clean break.............in the event of a knock-down, you will be directed to go to a neutral corner. "Are there any questions"?.."You are both professionals so I expect a good, clean fight"! ,"Protect yourself at all times"!.. "Okay, touch gloves and come out at the bell"! At the Boat School, it was far simpler, "Fight!" followed in quick succession by the bell. For the record, the Bugs Bunny version still makes me howl.

Foxit Reader worked really well for me as well! Thinking about getting the paid version so I can rotate pages and such...

Definitely need to rotate pages given other offices can't seem to fax in one direction.

Well, since I have been directly addressed, I will respond Bert. Thank you for approving me to use this forum. I think somewhere along the way I have been misunderstood. I am thankful for this User Board and for all of the suggestions and attempts to help this comrade in need. Thanks to all that responded. This is where I received a solution to my problem. It was not my intent to place anyone one the defensive, which I obviously did. Say what you will, but the young neophyte Sandeep answered my question and solved my problem. I did not mean to suggest that all of those on the world wide web with vast IT and or programming experience that are users of this forum were not worthy individuals. You are all special in your own way. I will return to my normal life now which is taking care of sick people. Peace and love to all users of the Forum. Can we be friends now?

Thanks for the comment. I never considered you not a friend. Well at least not an enemy.

Peace and love to all users of the Forum. Can we be friends now? It's OK, friends can agree to disagree at times. I never felt you were not friendly. I saw frustration in your writing and the sense that you felt everything could not work properly and that AC was not willing to help further. This is contrary to what I and others have experienced with AC. While you perceived it as defensive, I meant it as not in line with my experiences with tech support. I have seen some bizarre issues both personally and on the board and know that they can be difficult to resolve. Some of it boils down to levels of experience. Most of the AC techs have that although some have more than others. Reconnecting with another tech support will often give you a different experience. I'm glad Sandeep could solve your problem when no one else seemed to be able to help. Curious that you would call him a young neophyte.

@Wendell,
She was paraphrasing James. Personally, I thought James was right, although the basketball analogy may have been a bit much. But, that is what Wendell was alluding to.
If you ask ten questions, you will get eight answers from different users. Sandeep will answer two. But, that doesn't make anyone perfect. They just happen to have the answer.
While Sandeep and Indy know the tech side cold, there are a lot of others who know AC as they use it every day.

Oh, c'mon Bert, you should be used to this!
How many times have you told a patient something, sometimes repeatedly, then have them go to a specialist and return with an amazing breakthrough???
The breakthrough being exactly what you had been telling them.

Probably most commonly with depression. Patient presents with some physical manifestation, I try to explain low serotonin etc, they don't buy it. Patient goes to neuro/gastro/etc, has mega workup, then comes back and explains that it is all brain chemistry and I am supposed to treat them.....

Can anyone tell me how to get Foxit to open imported items with the "Read Mode" as the default so I don't have to reduce the sidebar to read each PDF? Thanks, Dave FP

Open Foxit preferences (Cntrl + K) and choose Documents from the left panel. Click the box under Open Setting that reads "in Web Browser, display PDF in Read mode as default".
