Is there a way to delete old charts without doing it one-by-one? I have a lot of old charts where the patient has moved out of town, never returned, disappeared, etc, etc, etc. It's become a huge job to go to each chart and put it in as no longer in practice. Is there an easy way to do this? I have about 10 years of charts.
