I have them listed under orders and when I order it, it shows up under the plan. I do same for decadrons, B12, labs, etc

I put them in the PE, as before and after the neb.

The patient's expectation is that you have all the answers, sometimes they just don't like the answer you have for them

One place to put it would be in the Summary Sheet. You would first set it up in the Admin Section under Define Tracked Data Headings. There you place your vital sign or whatever to track. You may put albuterol 0.63% and save.
If you want to keep a record including that day (it shows it in ascending order in the dropdown box and descending order in the Show All Data), I would simply keep Show All Data checked and don't bother with the dropdown box. You find this under Summary and Tracked Data. You would select Add/Edit and use a dropdown box that you set up earlier in the Admin section under DTDH.
You can now get to that data through the chart and summary sheet or right click in the patient list and choose it. The only thing that would make it better would be two things: One, it does print, but it would be nice if the data you wanted could be printed, e.g. the Pulse Oximetry values. This could be done by selecting them individually or by choosing that day, and, finally, like in Viper, printing to Word and not to the AC, non-editable document. It can be edited so you can remove faulty values.
But, if it were documented in the chart for that day under Impressions for me. This is why the above answers are simpler and better.
