I was able to e-prescribe just fine until just about 5 minutes ago and when I try prescriptions are being defaulted to manual printer and not going through--anyone else with similar issue???

We are having some issues with e-rx too, Jimmie; the program slows after a prescription and says "non-responding". It then appears that the prescription goes through. We upgraded to 6.3.3 over the weekend, so we were afraid that was the cause. Maybe not. Anyone else?

I am running V6.3.2. I am having the same problem, so it has to do with SureScripts again. I called tech support at AC but have not heard back.

Yes, I was just getting ready to post. Interaction checking has been very slow all morning, now no interaction checking or eRx.

Still on v 6.1.2.

thanks guys/gal!!!!! also as Gene said the drug interaction checker is slow. and Jon I don't think it is the upgrade as I did this over a week ago to 6.3.3 and no problem until today and the first hour was able to e-prescribe today--

Hello Everyone,

It appears there was an issue with the New Crop server and they had to reboot it. This is the message we just received.

NewCrop experienced a brief interruption of service during the backup process. The server is being rebooted and services are being restarted currently.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are addressing the issue with our hosting system to ensure this does not reccur. We expect services to be restored by 11:30am CST.
