6.3.2 may not be stable.

I just had my worst "train wreck" patient come in today. 23 problems and 40 meds. Now many of the "meds" are not really meds, like insulin needles, CPAP hose, glucose testing strips. I didn't even have the meds window open when the massive slowdown occured. Even caused two computers to crash.

It takes like 30-45 seconds to go between each vitals field. I can hear the hard disk churning in the background. Never had this with previous version on this patient. ran amazing utilities and everything turned out healthy. even rebuild the database. Still the same problem.

Not having problems with other patients. weird.

I was able to finally save the note. I opened up the same patient again and to see if the problem would recur and it did. Of note before this I rebooted the main computer too just in case.

I will submit a bug report

See if you can reproduce it in a dummy patient. Put in 50 meds and 23 problems. If problematic, remove 10 meds, then 5, etc.

Or fire the patient.

Seriously, though, if there are issues with 6.3.2 and large medication lists, it would be good to know about that.

Remembering preferred pharmacy is much improved. This has never worked for me since 5.024, and no upgrade ever helped before. Now I am getting about 90% showing up on the transmit page. It is nice not have to search the pharmacy every single time for every script.
