HELP! MU report CQMs have suddenly zeroed out!

We are still using version 6.0.9 because it appeared to be working. We have been entering CPT codes, entering the appropriate items under "Decision support" for smoking cessation, making sure to use V65.3 for weight counseling, etc, and we had been getting successful numerators and denominators. Golden! Until...

We have been running the reports periodically to see how we are doing. Our report on 10/12 was great. Then, on 10/17, there were zeros in the numerator and denominator for smoking cessation and controlling HBP, where there used to be numbers.

I ran the report again today, and the zeros under the CQM sections had disappeared completely and are now BLANK.

Thoughts? I read earlier on this post a possible issue with timing out of the report. As we get closer to 90 days for the report it takes longer to run and I suppose could time out. Could this be the cause? We have tried to avoid upgrading to version 10 thinking all our data will be lost and we will have to start over again, but I guess we'll do it if there is no other choice

billfox,

You have to upgrade to V6.0.10 to get your MU numbers right. You are not going to loose your data by upgrading.
I had the same problem with V6.0.9
