Hi,

Is anyone using Macro Express ( from the same people that make ShortKeys-which I use and find really helpful in real time chart completion in the room with the patient and a Laptop with AC )? If you are using it, do you find it useful ? Hard to setup or use ?

I use Dragon Medical 10.1 -- I have made voice macros to go from one text box to another and insert text, but would like to have something that will do this real time in the room with the patient.

Does anyone use any type of Voice Dictation to complete AC encounters in the room with patients ?

(What would I, a 64 year old Dr with white sideburns, look like with a bluetooth headset hung over one ear & talking, apparently, to himself ?)

When I first started using Dragon, I tried a few sessions of dictating in the room with the patient. most patients were okay with it, but often interrupted me. A few patients didn't like it. I didn't continue.
