I'm blaming the upgrade turmoil on the HITECH incentives & Uncle Sam. If we didn't have to meet the eRx requirements and MU, we'd be rolling out version 6 at a nice relaxed pace.

My thoughts exactly. All Uncle Sam should be worried about is setting up a HIPAA compliant communication system via the Internet.
Once again, something that is supposed to help healthcare is a hindrance.
