Hi all,

Welcome to new forum.
Re: $150.00 per mth for clearing house with AC PM in future:

Here in MI we do not pay for EDI. It is free. Hopefully AC will work with this free BCBS EDI.

We only have free billing through the insurances that process through Navinet. The remainder need a clearinghouse.

Catherine, does Navinet provide information on the patient's eligibility, co-pays AND how much they owe toward their deductible?

Yes. Navinet is our portal to aeta, amerihealth, cigna, amerihealth administrators, horizon, united healthcare, oxford. I thought everyone had it. Go to https://navinet.navimedix.com. It is how we do our electronic referrals, check eligibility, etc. It is free.

Did John mention what this 150$ per month clearinghouse will do compared to a free clearinghouse like officeally?

We use Availity for most of our claims. It is free. We now send Medicare via EDI but I think that will also change to Availity soon.
