How do you print out a 3 page letter that has the name and birthdate of the pt on each? Only the first one does?

You do it in Word or Open Office.

How do you get to word from Amazing charts letter writer? Or when printing a 5 page letter the pt name is only on page one.

I apologize, sanp (please tell us your name, if you don't mind); I gave you a short, somewhat sarcastic response to a legitimate question. The AC letter writer is tremendously limited. It is a source of discontent and frustration among some AC users, many of whom have complained about it far longer than I have. It essentially allows for NO formatting, including the type that you request. So if you want to send a letter that looks professional, you can't use the letter writer. Unfortunately, Word does not integrate with AC so you would need to just do your letters in a separate program.

It's on behalf of Dr. Michael Peters-I'm the RN manager, computer go to person, cleaning lady etc. When we print a note that is generated in A/C it only has the pts name on page one- we have to write the name and birthdate on any etra pages after one.Thought it could be fixed with a later release.

There has been no upgrade in the letter writer since I started using AC in 2006.
