The user name seems to be unchangeable.
I would have no problem not changing the user name as long as AC didn't refer to it in the record and just used my initials or professional name. Note now reads "Allergy updated by Mike"

This is a bug, I believe reported before (but report it anyway). It also puts the user name at the bottom of an addendum.

It seems easily fixable. Just change the field Ac refers to when in the chart, ie use persons name in chart not their user ID. I am surprised that this hasn't created more complaints and has been allowed to persist.

Multiple complaints in different threads. Supposed update has or will fix soon. After not being able to fix, had to start over with a different user name that worked better (DRNG) instead of "Neil"
