Is anybody using teh Berkshire group for billing through AC? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sullivan,
We are using Berkshire and have done for the past year.
The price is great. We at times feel like our billing is a black hole. Dave the owner seems strait up. We are having trouble with insurances paying right now and we are not sure if it is billing or reimbursement from insurance.
