It would be nice when using the electronic prescribing that the pharmacy (name & address)the prescription was sent to would be noted.
Instead of just "transmitted to pharmacy" it could include "CVS 331 4th Avenue". That way if there is a problem with the prescription you would have more information to troubleshoot it.

The patient's expectation is that you have all the answers, sometimes they just don't like the answer you have for them

That may be in a later version. It would also be great if there were an extra comment field that would only be seen and used by the user. For instance, we may have a RiteAid on 766 Union St, that for years we have identified as the RA next to Blockbuster, so we would add that.

Or we have a store called Edward's, and the pharmacy name is Edward's, but SureScripts calls it Hampden Pharmacy. It would be nice to just write in Edward's.

that would be sooooooo excellent. even better if the phone number was in there, so when you're troubleshooting the "my pharmacy says you never sent it" message, you dont have to look up the number.

Searching for the pharmacy using the phone number would be really helpful. Most of my patients when asking for a refill will leave a message with the pharmacy phone number.
