i keep getting runt time errors when i am accessing templates there are particular ones that seem to present these problems has anyone else beenhaving these problems. these are totally reproducible every time. dr radhakrishnan

Yes,( on V5.0.22) I am getting run-time errors ( usually when trying to print an order in a message when I have minimized an imported item needing sign-off) and then AC just closes. When I reopen AC it has always let me go back to what I was working on, I have not "lost" anything. I haven't reported this, thinking that it is a bug that will be solved with the next release.

I get runtime errors frequently when I try to shut down AC

Same runtime error here when I click more than once on an imported item to view it. Happened to me in both ver. 4.073 & 5.023. Almost always crashes AC.

i also found that when i access templates on the plans it always produces a run time error, the wierd thing is that these run time errors are all produced by accessing the default templates- that are on the right side of the table.

AC advised me that they knew there was an erro when using the default templates - it also does not give you the right template (chooses one down) - they said this is being fixed in the next release.

No, it chooses from the Personal Templates. I'm glad they are fixing that one too.
