Does anyone know how to overbook patients in the scheduling module? I have not been able to figure it out.
The AC help engine states,"Overbooking can be done at any time by your secretary (or yourself), without having to add more slots. (We'll address this in the Scheduling section.)" But when I click the link to the scheduling section there are no instructions, only, "More information on this topic is coming soon...".
As, I am a one physician office and I often will have a patient in one room on an IV drip for several hours while I meet with other patients in my exam room, this is a very important option for me that currently is causing me to have to use a manual schedule book rather than the AC scheduling feature.

Just make an appointment for the same time. It will either show both appointments (one underneath the other) or it will show the first booked appointment with an OB beside it. If you click on the doctor's name at the top, it will expand and show both appts.
