Gentleman, I've been trying to upgrade since the notification in March that the latest version is working. My IT guy can't get it to work. That's OK., BUT why is it hard to contact guardian angel support when I have PAID for it faithfully for more than 2 years and I've been using AC for now close to 5 years. I don't get it. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm no gentleman, but I'll try and address your concern.
I have had trouble reaching the support team by phone-at times left messages without a call back. I have found that the online support is very responsive. I get someone from my staff to address the question until they get the answer or get stuck. They then get me to get in the chat. They usually offer to call me during the chat. This has worked very well for me. The staff is very nice and very patient.
Good luck and keep the faith.

Well, it's a little difficult to make smiley faces at 4AM.

I don't know how to do smiley faces or I'd put one in. LOL. Vicki Vicki, there are many ways to make emoticons and smiley faces. The easiest is to just learn the characters to type for instance a colon with a right parentheses next to it will give the default standard smiley But, my guess is you are just writing your replies in the box below the comment above. This is the equivalent of a Quick Reply, which is a bare bones reply field. If you choose "Reply" on the comment you are posting about or Switch to Full Reply Screen in the actual window, you will then be presented with multiple options to spice up your post. If you click on the Smiley Face at the top left of the taskbar in the full reply window, it will give you a Smiley palette if you will to choose from.

Chats are OK but I am not a fast typist and talking is a more efficient communication method for me than typing. But many times I have just a short window of time to get something answered and a later call-back is not convenient, then the chat-screen works better, especially if the question is minor.
