The answer has to be physician run.
No one is going to do it for us.
Primary Care physicians are in a unique position to take advantage of the opportunity to reduce health care costs through prevention. It is a win/win situation. Companies get to reduce their health care costs, patients stay healthier and we get to practice medicine without an insurance company telling us how to do it (or how not to do it).
