You will need a bit of hardware and software but most of the software is free

download Veeam Backup & Replication Community Edition, to use it you will need a harddisk that's 5 times the size of your server. A 4 to 5 TB drive is around $200. For speed buy a drive that is an internal drive and NOT usb. Doing it this way the drive is always available to the backup system.
you now have a basic DR system.
Now lets improve it go to Idrive.com and signup. It's a cloud backup that is very powerful. They have free accounts but you will most likely need the 5TB account for $7 per month but you can go higher or backup the whole server. If you use a small account sent up to the cloud you amazing charts/backup and you need to backup your import files folder. Call support for anything else they tell you to backup.
For more advanced config. Setup your own Nas box and move all backups to it on another floor if you have one so it's not close to the server. You understand, water damage, fire, theft. Also make sure you have a nice big UPS on Both your server and your backup device. One power blip you have a fried server.
I have some freeware that works great for moving files around. Works great.
