Here are a few things you can check in the chart that might be causing this issue:

1. DX code Bug – There's a known bug that causes DX screening codes to appear blank on the summary sheet, which can lead to script errors. You may need to deactivate or completely remove these codes.
2. Preferred Pharmacies – Ensure there are no more than six preferred pharmacies. If there are more, deactivate some to bring the count below five.
3. Medications – Check for non-NDC medications or any meds with invalid characters or leading/trailing spaces in the chart, as these can also cause issues when sending scripts. (check using the script writer so it will show whether the script is valid or not)
