I'm new to AC and am having a very hard time finding ways to record a lot of the information I have always kept on a face sheet at the front of each patient's chart;in addition to a problem list, it also has sections for tracking health care maintenance such as pap smears, mammograms, PSAs etc, as well as a place to record studies such as EKGs, PFTs, MRIs or whatever they've had done; also surgeries they've had and other providers they see. Doesn't any one else need to have easy access to this information? Lisa D
