I do not show it being blocked or sent to spam in my email. I get the other emails from Amazing Charts so not sure why these other emails would be blocked. I also do not think I have unsubscribed. I did log in to my account to check and the email address is correct as well as the phone for text and fax. My preference is set for email and I have clicked yes to send me notices. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help fix this issue.
