First make sure you are using Microsoft Edge not windows explorer But yes you could try chrome or Firefox I assume Windows explorer have been end of life for quite a while and is provided for compatibility for older sites only it is suggested to use the newer browser provided with win 10 which is edge
You can select the help about on the browser to see which one you are using Only a keen eye can tell the difference without checking Possibly someone changed the default browser from edge to windows explorer
