I would like to see this - a way to 'attach' or apply ancillary documents to an encounter.
Where I see this as relevant:
1) Pediatric Visits with ASQ + M-Chat + Lead Screening
2) Focus Visits for ie Abdominal Pain with X-ray Results + Lab Values
3) Diabetic Patient Visits with Blood Sugar Log + Lab Values
Not a super relevant problem, but something that would be nice to have.
