https://openai.com/blog/chatgpt/There are many, many things that one can do with chatGPT. But, one of them is helping with diagnoses and workup BUT improving your note ten-fold. Even with my actual de-identified note, my part of the PN is void of information. But, copying and pasting what chatGPT writes in mere seconds, helps but really fills in the progress note.
The cool thing about it since it is a conversation or communication in real time chatGPT remembers the previous part so you can ask "What labs would you get," and it can apply the question to the previous information.
