I don't know how good I am with this, but that doesn't stop me from chiming in!

In theory, it would be a great idea for the AC/Harris website to have a prominently featured link to this forum. The same goes for a link within the AC program. I would even settle for a well hidden but functional link. Unfortunately, the lack of existence of one is not an accident.

AC/Harris could make it clear that you are "leaving AC/Harris and going to a different website". They could make it clear that we are independent when posting the link.

To do so, they would have to acknowledge that we are a helpful resource... an asset to the company. They have not seen it that way since Jon Bertman left. (Of course, I strongly disagree with that view. I suspect we all do).

We could approach them again about this, but we have done so in the past and they were not interested.

Under "Help" on all of our AC "home pages" are several choices. The link for "AC Community Board" is dead, as noted above. It is below the link to "View Future Enhancements" which, when clicked, takes you to the Version 10.1 release notes mad. Nestled between the two is the "Recommend improvements" link; the one we are encouraged to use for suggestions to management about the program.
What message does it send that the place that is supposedly closely monitored for our suggestions sits between a years outdated link to "future enhancements" and a dead link to this board?
