I'm in stage 4 (depression) moving now towards acceptance.
No longer worried about the HIPAA police or anyone else.
Trying to figure out how to get my long term patients into a new practice -- when such a thng doesn't exist any more.
Around here every doctor (except a handful of dinosaurs) is an employee of one of the two hospitals, and NP's and PA's are the same as doctors and every patient is the same as every other patient, and the main thing is to get the right codes that will get you paid.
Of course everyone is friendly all the time, because if they aren't they will get canned.
And no one actually seems to be happy
