As of April 1st, we are to use place of service code 10 for telehealth performed while patient is at home. I am now getting claims denied because AC does not have code 10, it only has code 2 for telehealth. I have sent several requests to AC and their development team to make this high priority to fix and yet nothing seems to be happening.
Does anyone have a work-around for this or any other suggestions?
