I may have to convert back to local hosting ... decision pending.
If I do, any comments re ACs posted HW recommendations? For a single clinician (maybe 2 in future) - 3 staff - occasional remote access:
Intel i7, Win 10 Pro, 16 GB , 1-2 TB HD.
I suppose I should give up preference for SSD or should I fight for it (that is pay for it)
I don't have experience with servers... so looking at Dell Workstations (I like Dell) -
Hope not to upgrade for another 4-5 yrs by then we'll be doing META medicine with holograms etc.
