Any place I can get a curbside or a "net side" is good for me. Probably get a quicker response than from most.

I recall after about two weeks in practice. This was 25 years ago. I had a girl with a possible UTI (yes a possible UTI two weeks out of residency seemed like a NEJM case. My advisor for three years of residency wouldn't even offer any advice when I called her as she was worried it would put her in jeopardy. Well, last time I called her. I will just keep her solid glass ball on my desk. Pretend it is a crystal ball.
