I think it has something to do that we a) use M365 and b) are on an RDS server. I have noticed if I can get to go to the sharepoint adress such as
https://riverviewpedia.....sh.....com it doesn’t stick, but if I set it enough times it will have RiverviewPediatrics Pages. And, then it sticks. For now anyway.
