Bert, I'll look at the refill info later today, I agree showing a med has been refilled when you never actually sent it could be a liability, so far not a problem but there is potential. One thing that I have noticed is after you send in refills via the electronic refill requests from the pharmacy there is a note that stays in the "note to pharmacy section" that says it was refilled via electronic request (wording is not exact), I will try to screenshot and post.
