I'm still frustrated that in 2019 I'm still having patients come early to fill out paperwork (which they fail to do) so we can enter it into AC by hand. Has anyone implemented templates with Updox (which currently only lets them enter minimal information) emailing a pdf, or other platforms. I understand Phreesia no longer plays well with AC. What is your check in procedure?
