Long story short...had to print a chart out for a life insurance record request. They wanted EVERYTHING. Had to print the entire record and count the total pages by hand...notified the requester of the total page count and retrieval fee and they faxed over a notice to cancel the request
AFTER I'd already printed the chart.
Question: Is there a way to get a total page count for a chart in AC which would include imported items so I don't have to waste time and resources like this again?
