Have to chime in also. Had to reinstall AC on a new server this weekend. Called support and they responded in a very timely fashion about the security key on Saturday. I was then told to complete the install (it was late in the afternoon), don't do anything after that and call first thing in am on Sunday so they could restore the databases on the new computer. I was initially skeptical about anyone being there on Sunday, but after leaving a message in the morning I received a callback in 1 hour and the databases were restored.
