There has been a datacenter outage affecting both ACPM and free Updox, according to emails from Jeremy Henderson.
Yesterday:
"The data center where ACPM is hosted had a power outage last night around 10pm (8/5)/18)EST. The power has since been restored at the facility but some of the storage arrays that maintain ACPM did not come back online as expected. This is also impacting clients that are using the free version of Updox which relies on a server within this data center.
Today he added:
"the data center has restored all necessary hardware and is in the process of working to resolve all services that will allow our team and eventual our clients back onto ACPM. Currently, our team is able to see some of the traffic in the portal but we do not have the final green light from the data center to start our validation. As a reminder, once we have the all clear from the data center, our cloud operations team will need one hour for validation prior to providing access to our clients."
I believe these emails have been going out to all ACPM clients. If you did not receive them, I would recommend talking to AC because I would expect you should be on the email list. I can't speak to Updox.
